How Does It Work?
Our translation service provides fast and accurate translation through a powerful AI model capable of understanding the nuances and intricacies of human language. This model can translate your document in a matter of seconds, preserving formatting and structure. After this, a human translator will review the document and make any changes necessary to ensure that the sentiment and semantics of your document are preserved. This translation will be certified as a reliable translation of your document.
How to translate a document
Create an account
Our software allows individuals and organizations to translate documents according to their needs. You can register to use our software as an individual, or as a member of an organization.
Upload Your Document
Our software accepts documents in Word (.docx) and PDF formats. However, we will only translate text within the document. Any text contained within images will not be translated. The software will count and tell you how many words are in your document.
Choose the Languages
Select the languages you want to translate to from the drop down menu. Our software will then tell you how much it will cost you to translate the document into that language.
Submit Your Document
Press "Start Translation" and wait for our AI Model to translate your document. Once this is done, our reviewers will receive the document and begin reviewing it. You have the option of translating your document using only the AI model. This will be completed in a matter of seconds. You also have the option of having your document quality checked by our translation staff. This may take up to 48 hours to complete.
Receive Your Translated Document
Once your document has been reviewed, you will be informed by email that your document is ready. You can view your translated document on the "Translations" page. This page will allow you to preview the document. If you wish to download it, you can press the download button and be redirected to our payment portal.
Pay and Download
To download the full document, you can pay through our online portal. Once payment is completed, you will be redirected back to the "Translations" page where you can download the translated documents.

Not all of the languages we translate to are manually reviewed. The languages for which we provide manual review to and from English are:

Only AI Translation
For all of our other available languages, we offer document translation without manual review and certification. This facility is available to and from any language of your choice. Our software offers translation from 113 different languages and translation to 87 different languages.
